Originally owned by Midlands & Coast, Taurus passed to Fellows, Morton & Clayton.

1958: renamed Turtle  whilst in British Waterways service. 

(Note: The present hotel boat Taurus, which was a replacement for this one and runs with the replica Snipe, was originally GUCCC butty Crater.)
