Although built for FMC in 1949, Malvern went straight into the nationalised BW fleet. 

1/10/1953       Passed to BTC (BTW)

3/10/1958       Re-Registered at Northwich No 82

1/1/1963         Passed to BWB

1964-1967      Hired to Willow Wren Canal Transport Services (NW Division)

c1974-1981     Leased to George Page

1982               Transferred to maintenance fleet

1/7/2012         Passed to Canal & River Trust

                       Still (2019) in CRT maintenance fleet, northern Trent & Mersey area

There is another older ex FMC (originally a butty) named Malvern, built 1928.
